You are cordially invited to the next Central IL Association of Health Underwriters Expo on Tuesday, March 6, 2012, from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM, at the Par-A-Dice Hotel Ballroom.
This year’s EXPO will be a great opportunity for exhibitors to showcase their health and wellness products and varied services to many Central Illinois insurance agents and brokers. Attendees will gain knowledge and insight on the latest products and services to help them better serve their customers.
Our keynote speaker will be David Racer, who will give an educational and enlightening presentation based on his book, Comprehensive Healthcare Redesign: 25 Keys to Redesign U.S. Healthcare. This course will broaden the knowledge base of all professional health insurance agents about providing for and financing of healthcare.
NAHU Region 3 VP, Mike Embry will give an update on NAHU’s Legislative and Educational activities and share with us NAHU’s vision for the Role of the Producer.
Dr. Stephen Hippler, MD, an Internist with OSF Medical Group, will speak on activities in the provider community regarding Health Information Exchanges (HIE), Accountable Care Organizations (ACO), and Patient Medical Homes.
Please plan on attending along with your insurance industry associates and colleagues. As always, CE Credit will be available (usually 4 to 6 hours, pending DOI approval).
